On June 12, an intellectual game called “The Power of Salvation” dedicated to the National Salvation Day and Armed Forces Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held under the joint organization of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and Digital Volunteers.

The event, organized at the Center for Internet and New Technologies Education of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, began with a minute of silence in memory of the martyrs and the playing of the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

At the opening ceremony of the event, Aziz Humbatzade, Head of the Office of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, spoke about the historical importance of National Salvation Day in the protection and development of Azerbaijani statehood, as well as the fact that Armed Forces Day is the embodiment of our country’s defense power and military might. He emphasized that such events, which serve the intellectual development of young people, are of great importance in terms of promoting national and spiritual values ​​and instilling the spirit of patriotism.

Then, an intellectual game was held. The teams “RINN”, “Telekom” and “Pocht” participated in the competition. Based on the final results of the game consisting of two rounds, the “RINN” team won and was awarded with diplomas and gifts.

As part of the event, a presentation of the “ICT Infrastructure of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic” project prepared by the Ministry’s volunteer Nurjan Huseynova was held. During the presentation, detailed information was provided about the infrastructure formed in the field of information and communication technologies in the autonomous republic, projects implemented in the direction of digital transformation, achievements and future development prospects.

Then, a video clip reflecting the activities of the volunteers was shown, and certificates were presented to the volunteers. Thus, the next stage of the Ministry’s “Digital Volunteers” project was successfully completed. The knowledge and skills acquired by the project participants were highly appreciated.
