Each person can send their suggestions, applications and complaints to the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of the Republic of Azerbaijan through the “Electronic Applications System”. Applications sent electronically to the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of the Republic of Azerbaijan through the official website are registered and considered in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, international treaties to which the Republic of Azerbaijan is a party, the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1308-IVQ dated September 30, 2015 “On Citizens’ Applications” and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

When sending an application electronically to the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of the Republic of Azerbaijan, we ask you to adhere to the following rules:

1. It is important to fill out the provided form correctly before writing the text.
