The Decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Crowdfunding" is an important institutional step towards the development of financial markets in our country. The Decree, in addition to ensuring the transparent, reliable and efficient implementation of the new legal mechanism, establishes the main principles of state regulation of crowdfunding activities.
