By the order of the Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic dated August 22, 2024, the “Regulation on the Interdepartmental Electronic Information Exchange System in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic” was approved. By implementing the technological process in accordance with the regulations, both the security of the system was ensured and it was integrated with the central state information systems via Digital Document Circulation. Single access opportunities were created via “Digital Login”, work was done to reduce dependence on paper carriers in state institutions and widely apply document approval with electronic signature. The creation of the aforementioned system not only accelerates “Digital-based management” and digital transformation in the autonomous republic, but also creates the basis for the implementation of digital management, including real-time and secure information exchange between state institutions.
