During the meeting, Deputy Minister, Acting Minister Azer Mammadrahimov emphasized the importance of youth internships in state institutions and said that the Ministry has always prioritized the formation of personnel potential and support for the professional development of young specialists. He noted that in modern times, digitalization, innovation and technological development have become the main driving force of public administration, and the training of professional personnel in these areas is of particular importance.

Acting Minister Azer Mammadrahimov emphasized in his speech that internship programs are an important platform for students to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real work environment, acquire practical skills and start their future professional activities more preparedly. It was noted that the initial work experience gained in state institutions has a significant impact on the formation of young people's professional outlook, strengthening their sense of responsibility and developing strategic thinking skills.

It was noted that the Ministry highly appreciates the initiative, innovative thinking and open approach to learning of young people and aims to contribute to the formation of the qualified personnel reserve of the future through such programs. He advised the students to make the most of their internship, not to hesitate to ask questions, to participate actively and to apply the knowledge they have gained in their future activities.

Then, the representatives of the Ministry made their speeches and stated that internship programs play an important role in the professional development of young specialists. It was emphasized that the students will undergo internships in the relevant areas of the postal, transport and telecommunications sectors, as well as at the radio and television transmission center in the institutions operating under the Ministry. During the internship, they will become closely acquainted with the working principles applied in these areas, and will acquire practical skills in a real work environment by directly participating in daily activity processes. This will significantly contribute to the strengthening of the students' theoretical knowledge, the formation of professional skills and their development as qualified personnel in the future.
