What is an Electronic Signature?

According to the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, an electronic signature has the same legal force as a handwritten signature. According to the law on electronic signature, “On electronic signature and electronic document”, any citizen must apply to a state authority only with a document signed with an enhanced electronic signature.
